Andrew Ross Sack’s interest in employment law began at a young age. Mr. Sack’s father — “The Employees’ Lawyer” Steven Mitchell Sack — is a well-known and respected lawyer, author and legal expert based in New York. Now, as he looks to blaze his own path and continue his father’s legacy, Andrew Ross Sack maintains his private law practice in Garden City, New York. His client base extends to New York City, Long Island, and New Jersey, and he will provide personal attention and expertise to your matter from the first consultation to its conclusion. Mr. Sack offers a wide range of experience in handling challenging and complex employment disputes and prides himself on zealously fighting for his clients. Mr. Sack concentrates his practice in employment law and business law. He is also a trained mediator for these practice areas and others. Throughout his career, Mr. Sack has assisted on dozens of complex employment law cases, advocating for both the employer and employee. He also has substantial experience in mediating cases involving varied legal issues, both in the employment law sector and other areas of law.

Mr. Sack graduated with honors from New York University and the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he was a member of the Labor and Employment Law Society. Mr. Sack is a member of CLUSTER, the Westchester County Bar Association, and the New York City Bar Association. He is also a member of the Westchester County Bar Association’s Legal Referral Service.

Before establishing his practice, he worked as an Associate with the Law Offices of Scott A. Lucas (where he is still currently affiliated). While attending law school, he was a judicial intern for the Honorable Daniel R. Palmeri of the Supreme Court of New York, Nassau County.

Mr. Sack is admitted to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey, and before the United States District Court of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

I became an attorney because I want to make a difference in peoples’ lives by helping them when they experience a problem or require my professional expertise to maximize their claim or position in an employment or business matter.
